Transfers from Poland
The PayDirect platform enables sending payments from Poland to the following countries:

Payments sent to the former CIS countries are processed through the Unistream and Contact networks.

We offer the following types of payments sent abroad:

  • cash pay-outs
  • bank deposits
  • cheques delivered to the indicated address

Payments sent to the former CIS countries are processed through the Unistream and Contact networks.

Transactions are processed on working days from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. within 15 minutes to max. 4 hours from approving the transfer by the Customer and receiving the funds on the bank account.

Cash pay-outs in the majority of locations are available for pay-out immediately after their processing - at the moment of receiving transaction's code by the Sender the transfer is available for pay-out at the indicated location abroad (taking into consideration working days and hours of the relevant institutions - banks and other partners' locations).

In case of some countries or locations individual conditions and delivery time may be applied (e.g. transfers sent to China are paid out after 48 working hours). Confirmation of the delivery time to a specific location may be received after sending an inquiry to (click):

Bank deposits are delivered to beneficiary's account within 1 - 2 working days.

Cheques are delivered to beneficiary's address within 3 - 5 working days.

The fee paid by the sender in the process of ordering the transfer is the only commission for the service - there are no additional fees charged in the payment process - the beneficiary receives full amount of transaction.

For sending payments from Poland abroad the following commissions are applied:

Payments sent from Poland abroad are converted at the current sell rate of Bank Pekao S.A. valid at the day of ordering the payment. There are no additional fees charged for exchanging the currencies.

PayDirect platform enables placing the orders online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Registration in the system is free of charge. Registration process for the first transfer takes only a few minutes. To order the next transfers you just need to log in into the system using your individual NIK log-in number and password. Each user has his own address book containing his recipients' data, so in case of regular transfers sent to the same beneficiary you just need to indicate the transfer's amount and choose the beneficiary from the address book. The customer has full access to the information on the status and history of transfers.

Należy wypełnić krótki formularz zawierający podstawowe dane: imię i nazwisko, adres zamieszkania, adres e-mailowy oraz telefon komórkowy.

Aktualnie w naszym systemie udostępniamy 2 metody weryfikacji założonego konta:

1. Przy realizacji pierwszej transakcji weryfikowana jest zgodność podanych danych z danymi nadawcy przelewu bankowego.

2. Poprzez przesłanie kopii dokumentu tożsamości (dowód osobisty, paszport lub karta pobytu) drogą e-mailową (skan lub zdjęcie dokumentu) na adres: (kliknij):

Kopia dokumentu tożsamości powinna zawierać m.in.: zdjęcie, nr dokumentu oraz jego datę ważności. Jest wymagana w przypadku dokonywania wpłat gotówkowych na poczet realizacji transakcji, jednorazowo - jedynie przy realizacji pierwszej transakcji.

W procesie rejestracji na wskazany adres e-mailowy otrzymasz link aktywacyjny, swoją nazwę użytkownika (NIK) oraz hasło, które należy zmienić przy następnym logowaniu.

  • Log into the system
  • In the main menu choose the option Orders --> new
  • Choose the country to which you wish to send a transfer
  • Choose the available type of transfer
  • Choose the pay-out location (in case of cash pay-out transfers)
  • Choose the available currency of transfer
  • Enter the amount of transfer in the foreign currency
  • Click on the calculator in order to calculate the PLN amount of transfer and the fee
  • Enter beneficiary's data or choose the beneficiary from your address book
  • Approve the transfer
  • Send the amount of transfer including the fee to one of the indicated bank accounts
  • After your funds are credited on the bank account the transaction will be automatically processed
  • Transaction's code, which needs to be forwarded to the beneficiary in order to pay out the transfer, will be sent to your e-mail address

Notice:
Russian and other names originally written in Cyrillic letters should be typed in Latin letters used in the English language e.g. Elena Anatolievna Makarenko.

For our registerred customers making regular transfers and not having access to Internet we offer the possibility of ordering transfers by phone during the working hours of our call center service: on working days from 9:30 a.m. till 3:30 p.m.

To order the first transfer it is required to sign-up in order to provide accurately the sender's and beneficiary's data, to choose the appropriate pay-out location and to get acquainted with the process of ordering the transfer.

To order the next transfers (in case of difficulties in accessing the internet and placing the orders online directly in the system) the following procedure is available:

  • Call + 48 22 79 30 640
  • Confirm the beneficiary's data
  • Indicate the amount of transfer in foreign currency
  • Our consultant will calculate the amount of transfer in PLN including the due commission according to the current exchange rate of Bank Pekao S.A.
  • Pay the indicated PLN amount to one of the provided bank accounts
  • After the funds are credited to the account the transfer will be automatically processed
  • The transfer's code, which needs to be forwarded to the beneficiary to enable the pay-out of transfer, will be sent by sms to the sender's mobile number registered in the system

Proces zlecania i realizacji przekazów zagranicznych odbywa się w systemie PayDirect. Za pośrednictwem wybranego banku należy dokonać jedynie wpłaty kwoty przekazu w PLN wraz z należną prowizją na jeden z podanych niżej rachunków bankowych:

Wpłaty można dokonać w dowolny sposób dogodny dla Klienta:

  • przelewem online z bankowości internetowej
  • poprzez wpłatę gotówki w dowolnym oddziale banku PKO BP na terenie Polski

Z punktu widzenia prowizji bankowych najtańszym sposobem przekazu środków są przelewy online (w zależności od banku: bezpłatnie lub prowizja ok. 1 zł).

Prowizja za wpłatę gotówki w oddziałach Banku PKO BP wynosi 0,5% wpłacanej kwoty, min. PLN 6,00.

Czas realizacji wpłat przez banki:

  • przelew wewnątrzbankowy (np. z ING Banku na rachunek w ING Banku) - natychmiast
  • wpłata gotówki w dowolnym oddziale Banku PKO BP na terenie Polski - natychmiast
  • przelew międzybankowy (np. z Alior Banku do ING Banku) - zlecony przed godz. 11:00 - uznanie po godz. 15:00 w tym samym dniu roboczym, zlecony po godz. 11:00 - uznanie po godz. 12:00 w kolejnym dniu roboczym (lub w tym samym dniu roboczym po godz. 17:00 w przypadku banków obsługujących 3. sesję Elixir)

Większość banków oferuje ponadto opcję Express Elixir umożliwiającą natychmiastowe przelewy pomiędzy rachunkami w różnych bankach.
